Guided Listening Taster

This is a taste of Guided Listening — a few minutes of listening with intent. Rob's voice leads; original music carries you. Wherever you're starting from — scattered, wound-up, somewhere else entirely — this session moves you, gently, toward being present. Present for the next task, the people you're about to see, the thing you're about to give yourself to. Press play and feel it.

The demo gives you a feel for the format, pace and atmosphere of a live guided listening session. Full sessions run 30–60 minutes and musically cover the following wellbeing and performance dimensions: focus, stress management, energy, recovery, motivation, connection and more.. with original music, inspirational words and intentional listening of recorded music.
